COMMUNITY SESSION TOURS

Manhattan: East Harlem/El Barrio

Travel to the Latino community's premier institution, El Museo del Barrio, located at the tip of New York's famous museum mile for an afternoon with the Association of Hispanic Arts. A panel of Latino community arts leaders who have impacted economic development and community revitalization in East Harlem will discuss their programs and institutions, and address issues of becoming professional arts leaders. Later in the afternoon, participants will sample "Latin New York" via tours of cultural institutions in El Barrio.
