Reception at the American Museum of Natural History
Saturday, July 28, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Celebrate
our own historic gathering at one of the world's preeminent
scientific, educational, and cultural institutions,
the American Museum of Natural History. Aside from
meeting and rejoining your colleagues, take time to
view the permanent collection of 32 million specimens
and cultural artifacts. Or choose to explore (at your
own expense), the museum's most ambitious endeavor
ever-the monumental 120-foot-high, 333,5000-square-foot
Frederick Phineas & Sandra Priest Rose Center
for Earth and Space. This spectacular new exhibition,
research, and education facility, which includes a
rebuilt and rejuvenated Hayden Planetarium, features
striking exhibits about the nature of the universe
and our planet that link seamlessly to the rest of
the museum. (Tickets are required for the Rose Center
