Arts & Business Council, Inc.
Long-term corporate leadership is a thing of the past.
There is intense competition for the interest and
time of corporate leaders, and then frustration as
they move onto their next position. Get a better understanding
of the impact of mergers and acquisitions and corporate
social investing, and share success stories of cultivating
and educating new donors for united arts fundraising.

a.m.-1:15 p.m. The Changing Tax Climate-Joint Session
with the Arts & Business Council, Inc.
During this session we'll look at possible changes
in our tax codes that could have a direct impact on
giving to the arts. Are these potential tax cuts a
boon because they free up discretionary funds or a
problem because they weaken the tax incentive for
giving? What are the implications of the potential
repeal of the estate tax and is it a body blow to
planned giving? Explore these and other tax-related
questions.
