Emerging Leaders and Underserved Communities Full Scholarship Recipients
Offered by the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies and Americans for the ArtsAmericans for the Arts and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, in partnership with the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC, and US Airways, are pleased to announce the recipients of full scholarships to attend pARTicipate2004. Ten recipients from underserved communities and ten emerging leaders were awarded with full scholarships including registration, airfare and lodging. State and Local Art Agency Scholarship Opportunites
Many state, statewide, and regional arts agencies offer scholarships for people
in their service area to attend the convention. This assistance is often in the
form of registration or travel subsidies. This list of participating organizations,
along with contact information and application deadlines will be updated on a
regular basis.

and limitations.
